Violet you.

Violet you.
You rained, upon us few.
Violating new and old,
laws to renew.

Violet you.
The blue black silver gray you.
The confused colors in two.
The miscible colors in you.

Violet you.
Wanting little things you.
Looking away when new.
Looking into me, you.

Violet you.
I want you.
Not the black silver blue.
As the Violet you.

Timeless love.

So what if,
You could teleport
And I were a time traveler.
Would we meet again
As we did today.
In this empty street
Here in this cafe.
Cause destinies to twine
In your future, not mine?
Set a place in time.
Let the variables combine?
Would you wait then,
A couple of years?
Remember,
The hope in these tears.
Would you wait in my past.
Would I wait for your future?
That coffee be too cold
when you get there
That day you be old
While I wait there.
You would have seen too many
I would have been so many.
We'd love through time.
Across your days and mine.
When we do meet at the bend.
At the very end.

You.

You're everything I've ever wanted.
Not the past you. Nor the future you.
You in the present.
You in my arms right now. You in my thoughts. And you in my lazy weekend afternoons.
You in your freckled skin. And You in our playful sin.

Tuesday 1 July 2014

Let us and not.

Let's do odd things
Things that don't matter
To another than you
Let's climb a wall
Just to know you can
Build one higher
Let's stay still
On a busy street
A railway platform
Create a slower world
Let's stop talking
For a day
To oneself
Let us not die
Not today
Not till the rest are buried.
Let's quit fighting
For nothing and something
For the invisible desires
And the visible faces
Let's travel
To travel and not reach
To reach and not stop
To stop and never settle
To settle and not move
Let's stop dreaming
But not wake up
Let us sleep
With not any dreams.
Let us be
And let us not.
